This morning we shall be witnessing two different form of Art i.e., a Art Heritage Gallery and Cooking! Art Heritage Gallery was founded in 1977 by an Indian theatre director and drama teacher and his wife a scholar and costume designer. Art Heritage has created an identity for itself that is in part private art gallery, part public museum, and part education center. It is not only space for assessing art history, but also one that nurtures the creative output of future generations. We are shown around the museum by the director - Tariq Allana the founders grandson.
After our visit to the Art Heritage Gallery we head to an Indian home to learn about Indian food. The guests enjoy a fabulous meal at a home in Delhi. The meal is a gourmet delight and you will participate in cooking of dishes and know about the uses of Indian spices. At the end of this extravaganza, the guests, will of course, get to eat what has been cooked as well as to experience the etiquette of a typical Indian meal.
