Yoga is a mind and body practice with historical origins in ancient Indian philosophy. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation and has become popular as a form of physical exercise based upon asanas (physical poses) to promote improved control of mind and body and to enhance well-being.
The training covers meditation( Dhyan), breathing exercises (Pranayam) and Yoga poses (Asanas).
Nehru Park is located in the heart of the Capital, this is one of the capital’s parks. Spread over 85 acres, this is one of the largest parks in the city. The park is filled with various types of plants and is perfect for an early morning walk, jogging or yoga.
