Yoga is a mind and body practice with historical origins in ancient Indian philosophy. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation and has become popular as a form of physical exercise based upon asanas (physical poses) to promote improved control of mind and body and to enhance well-being.

The training covers meditation( Dhyan), breathing exercises (Pranayam) and Yoga poses (Asanas).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Some spouse programmes are based on a minimum of 10 guests. Should the numbers be less than 10 guests, the programme will unfortunately not operate.

The cancellations must be received in writing and charges are assessed depending on the number of days prior to the start of the spouse programme that the notice of cancellation is received. The cancellation payment policy is as follows:

No Cancellation

Jan 01 onwards
